Inspired by Changdu, Xanadu Group was launched in 2010 to deliver turn key luxury residences in the greater Los Angeles area. Working with leading architects and designers to deliver never before seen residential experiences, Xanadu Group Established itself very quickly as one of the premiere developers in LA until it was acquired in 2015 after delivering nearly 22 properties..

Two of the most iconic properties can be seen below.

Tuxedo Terrace:

A completely ground up design/build led by Xanadu Group. The project took almost 18 months and was a showcase for the Xanadu group. The home was sold to one of LA’s top talent agents and set a record price when it sold at nearly $3000 per square foot.

Beachwood Canyon

A completely ground up design/build led by Xanadu Group. The project set a new standard of luxury for the Hollywood Hills and was one of the first homes in LA to introduce plantation style architecture and was featured on Bravo’s Million Dollar listing.
